Ian moved to Lyons, CO after living in New York City for 5 years working in Television and Film. It turns out the Colorado mountains & rivers are more his speed than subways & standstill traffic. 

He has resided in Lyons for 13 years in a home he proudly brought back from the dead with his 2 hell-raising dogs. Ian is passionate about helping his clients find homes where they can thrive and be at peace in Colorado.
